The annual Macau Culinary Culture Festival (China) attracts millions of visitors from around the world, this year taking place from November 15 to December 1.
The 24th annual Culinary Culture Festival was held in Macau Special Administrative Region (China), with the participation of more than 140 domestic and international booths.
The Vietnamese community in Macau has booths to display, sell products and participate in special music performances to promote Vietnamese culture to domestic and international friends.
When participating in the festival, visitors will enjoy attractive dishes from many countries around the world and local specialties.
The festival is not only a place to enjoy unique dishes but also an opportunity to experience Macau’s vibrant culture.

Talking to Vietnam News Agency reporters in Hong Kong and Macau, Mr. Duong Trung Duc – Chairman of the Overseas Vietnamese Association in Macau, owner of Vietnam-Paris Pho Restaurant – said that the restaurant is the only representative in Vietnam. participating in this year’s Macau Food Festival and this is also the 5th time the restaurant has participated in this event.
Through the festival, the restaurant hopes to promote Vietnamese culinary culture to Macao and international friends.
Traditional Vietnamese dishes have met the love of tourists such as beef pho, chicken pho, spring rolls, grilled meat vermicelli, 3D jelly…

In addition to introducing Vietnamese cuisine to Macao people and international friends, every year “amateur” artists of the Overseas Vietnamese Association in Macau are invited to perform.

The food festival is divided into many areas such as Chinese restaurant street, Asian food street, beverage food street, dessert street… There are also 7 food zones with more than 4,000 eating places. .
The Macau Culinary Culture Festival was first held in 2001. Since then, the festival has continuously expanded and gradually developed into an annual food festival combining dining and entertainment.
The Macau Food Festival often coincides with the Macau Grand Prix, so it attracts more international tourists, prolongs tourists’ stay in Macau, and opens up more business opportunities.
To support the food service industry in Macao, this year the Organizing Committee focuses on domestic small and medium enterprises and limits the participation of foreign businesses, hoping that the local food service industry has can make good use of Macao’s efficient food base.
